Required Skills & Experience: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. · Experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban principles and practices. · Experience in project management, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery of complex AI & Data Engineering initiatives within Agile frameworks. · Experience leading within a Data organization focused on implementation of Large-Scale AI and\u002For Data & Analytics Cloud Transformation initiatives. · Experience leading initiatives with cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and aligning project outcomes with business objectives & timelines · Experience implementing best practices and standards related to Agile product development. · Experience leading others with the ability to earn trust while still challenging the team to improve and operate outside its comfort zone in an Agile environment. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and alignment. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges. · Demonstrated ability to take hands-on approach and actively contribute to overall team success and achieve goals. · Financial acumen with ability to understand and manage budgets, track financial metrics and ensure alignment of project deliverables with financial objective.
