We're looking for a Senior Compliance Executive \u002F Compliance Manager to join our Compliance team in Dublin! Support the Company's obligations under the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness & Probity and Individual Accountability frameworks, including annual assessments, monitoring activities, and training delivery. Design and deliver targeted compliance training to promote regulatory awareness and a strong compliance culture across the business. You'll need to have: Previous experience in a Compliance or related role within the Funds or Asset Management industry, ideally within a management company environment. Strong knowledge of the Irish regulatory framework, including UCITS, CP86, AML requirements, Fitness & Probity, and the Individual Accountability Framework. Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and applying them in a practical business context. Familiarity with the Central Bank of Ireland's regulatory reporting systems would be advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. Professional compliance qualification (e.g. LCOI) is desirable. Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
