Responsibilities: Employee Data Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records in the HRIS, including personal information, job details, and employment history. Manage Daily Transactions in HR System: Process daily HR transactions such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers within the HRIS. Data Input & Validation in HR System: Perform data entry and validation tasks in the HR system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Assist with Day-to-Day Operations of the HRIS Team: Provide support in the daily operations of the HRIS team, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of HRIS processes including responding to employee inquiries. Monthly Report: Prepare and provide data on internship headcount, termination and new hires. Support HRIS Team with Ongoing Projects: Collaborate with the HRIS team on various projects.
