Utilize excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve issues swiftly and effectively. Architect and build sophisticated custom tools and applications to enhance monitoring, diagnostics, incident response capabilities, and operational efficiency across the organization.\n\n## **What you bring**\n\n- University degree in computer science or comparable hands-on experience, with 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles.\n- Expertise in monitoring and alerting solutions (Grafana, Prometheus) including dashboard design and data visualization. In-depth experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, Azure AD\u002FEntra ID, and Azure cloud services\n- Hands-on experience with Citrix DaaS\u002FCVAD, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint management platforms. Advanced PowerShell and Python skills for automation and custom tool development.\n- Proven capability developing web-based tools, remote diagnostics, and automation solutions integrating multiple data sources. Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across complex technology stacks.\n- Strong team spirit with customer-centric approach.
