Provide production support and assist in identifying root causes of application lapses. Provide post-implementation support to the business users related to their areas of supports. Ensure compliance to all processes, audit and risk matters in the execution of user story. What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years’ experience in application development or a related field. Experience in the banking or fintech industry is an added advantage. Proven track record of involvement in at least two projects from development through to production deployment. Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and SOLID and KISS principles, with the ability to apply them in real-world software solutions. Hands-on experience in developing and consuming web APIs\u002Fweb services using Java and Spring Boot. Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git, including Git Flow practices. Demonstrated commitment to high-quality software development, including unit testing and CI\u002FCD practices. Experience working in an Agile development environment as part of a cross-functional team. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. High level of work ethic with strong time management and accountability skills. Experience of leading a technical team is preferred.
