About This Role Interview employees and business partners to gather information and develop engaging stories. Research, write, edit and proofread employee communications for company-wide distribution. Assist with content planning and editorial calendar management. Adapt content for multiple communication channels, including the company intranet, email, newsletters, blogs, videos and print materials. Collaborate with Communications, Branding and Creative Services team members to support communications initiatives and campaigns. Ensure all content aligns with company brand standards, editorial guidelines and AP style. Qualifications Actively completing bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, English, or related program.· Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher. College level - current Sophomore, Junior, or Senior, with graduation dates ranging from December 2027 – May 2029. One to two years of experience with a campus publication, student media organization or other robust content creation experience preferred. Excellent writing, editing and interpersonal communication skills with strong storytelling abilities. Fluent in AP Style with a strong command of grammar and usage. Ability to source and create engaging content for a variety of audiences and communication channels. Detail oriented, with strong time management, project management and problem-solving skills. Creative thinker who works effectively both independently and in collaborative team environments. Ability to analyze content performance using analytics and other metrics Entrepreneurial spirit along with the desire to be a continuous learner. Team player who collaborates effectively.
