Maintain portfolio databases, trackers, and performance metrics. Support lending limit management and capital velocity initiatives, including loan sales and risk transfer programmes. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with Relationship Managers and sector specialists to support client discussions and identify business opportunities. Contribute to cross-sell initiatives and portfolio-driven growth opportunities. Collaborate with offshore support teams and internal stakeholders across functions and regions. Continuous Improvement Support process improvement and transformation initiatives. Help enhance credit monitoring and operational efficiency. Contribute to the development of junior colleagues and new joiners. What We're Looking For Experience & Qualifications University degree (CFA and\u002For MBA advantageous). 3+ years' experience in lending, leveraged finance, credit analysis, or portfolio management. Strong financial analysis and cashflow modelling skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI is beneficial. Exposure to Acquisition Finance, Project Finance, Infrastructure, Energy, Transport, Technology, or other specialised lending sectors is desirable. French and\u002For Spanish language skills are beneficial but not essential. Skills & Competencies Strong credit and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
