Your role will involve strategic planning, coordination, and ensuring that the programs align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will play a crucial role in driving performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

What you do

• Lead and manage complex programs from start to finish, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate closely with Allianz OE, Allianz Technology Tribe leads, and stakeholders globally.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance performance and achieve objectives.
• Foster collaboration and communication among teams for successful program delivery.
• Monitor progress and ensure programs are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage delivery in international contexts, involving hubs, offshore locations, and diverse teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency.

What you bring

• Over 10 years of experience in program management, managing programs over €10 million.
• Strong leadership skills to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
• Proficient in strategic planning, organizational skills, and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and C-level communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Experience managing complex programs with numerous stakeholders and excellent financial steering.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical use.
