You will support the Allianz Technology Enterprise Architecture Team across governance activities, the testing and specification of EA internal tools and AI plugins, and community sessions and internal communications.\n\n## What you do\n\n- Support the scheduling, coordination, and follow-up of architecture governance review sessions.\n- Create and manage governance tickets, and help automate parts of this process using AI tools.\n- Track action items and decisions with stakeholders, keeping decision logs and governance records up to date.\n- Try out new EA internal tools and AI plugins, giving and receiving structured feedback to help shape what gets built next.\n- Help write and review specifications for new tool features using Spec-Driven Development methodologies (e.g. SDD, OpenSpec) before they are built.\n- Support the planning and execution of global architecture community sessions, from webinar setup to presenter coordination.\n- Design and produce architecture newsletters and engaging visual content, and keep community pages and event calendars up to date.\n\n## What you bring\n\n- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's\u002FMaster's in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or related fields.\n- Available for an internship period of up to 6 months.\n- Good written and verbal English (B2 level minimum). Additional languages (Spanish) are nice to have but not required.\n- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).\n- Experience with collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, or similar). Willingness to learn and use AI tools for communications and documentation.\n- Highly organized with strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance when needed.\n- Proactive, self-motivated, and team player.
