WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In our Software Development Hub in Málaga and help us shape the future of digital banking solutions.

We’re looking for a Tech Lead – Full Stack Solutions with strong experience in Angular and Node.js to design and guide the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative software solutions.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

Design smart, end-to-end solutions for complex business needs
Work closely with our development teams (front with Angular, back with Node.js) to make sure designs become reality
Bring best practices in architecture, security, and performance into every solution
Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders across Santander CIB

EXPERIENCE

5+ years in software design/architecture

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Strong experience in Angular and Node.js
Knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices
Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
English fluency (Spanish is a plus)
