About the Job

Based in Barcelona and part of Allianz Technology SL, you will support the governance and continuous improvement of our IT service portfolio to ensure transparency, value realization, and alignment with business strategy. You will help maintain the service catalog, track lifecycle status, support portfolio decision-making, and contribute to reporting that enables effective prioritization and investment.

Working closely with service owners, product managers, finance, security, and operations teams, you will assist with demand intake, benefits realization tracking, cost transparency, and compliance with established frameworks and controls. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional to grow core capabilities in service portfolio management within a global technology organization.

What You Do

  • Support end-to-end lifecycle management for services in the portfolio, ensuring accurate status, ownership, and value definitions.
  • Maintain and improve portfolio metadata (service catalog entries, SLAs/OLAs, dependencies, risk/compliance markers) for transparency and audit readiness.
  • Take over local process responsibility for Service Portfolio Management Process (SPM): SPOC for the central SPM team, train and support the local Service Management Organization.
  • Assist with demand intake and prioritization, preparing inputs for portfolio governance and roadmapping decisions.
  • Monitor portfolio KPIs and produce dashboards/packs for governance forums, highlighting trends, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Coordinate with service owners and cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Security, Risk, Operations) to collect data, align plans, and track outcomes & Contribute to business cases and cost/benefit analyses that inform investment decisions and benefits realization tracking.
  • Support portfolio governance meetings (agenda, minutes, actions) and follow up on decisions, risks, and dependencies & Help drive continuous improvement, including sunsetting/decommissioning of low-value services and standardization initiatives.

What you bring

  • 4-5y year of experience in IT service management, portfolio management, PMO, or a related technology governance role.
  • Foundational knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and service lifecycle concepts; any relevant certification is a plus.
  • Basic financial acumen, including cost tracking, budgeting fundamentals, and benefits realization concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with tools such as Power BI/Tableau, Jira, or ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional, international environments.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with a collaborative, organized, and proactive working style.
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
