What you do

• Deliver professional consulting services for our clients within Allianz OEs, ensuring strategic impact and measurable outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and client expectations effectively, fostering trust and transparency.
• Lead complex IT & Non-IT transformation projects in hybrid or agile set-ups, ensuring delivery of high-quality results within ambitious timelines.
• Analyze and understand client needs in transformation, technology, and innovation assignments to provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive innovation and organizational change.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to business development, including sales pitches and internal consulting service enhancement.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Oversee portfolio performance, including resource planning, financial control, and risk management, providing clear reporting to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing PMO processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and scalability.

What you bring

• Excellent Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, AI in Business or a comparable course of study
• 5-10 years of professional experience with at least 3-5 years in project management & transformation consulting
• Demonstrate knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation.
• Practical experience and preferably certification in IT project management, e.g. ITIL, PMI, Scrum
• Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure and in international context.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience
• Advanced skills in MS Office 365, JIRA/Confluence, Power BI & MS Analytics
• Excellence in presentation and communication, with strength in facilitation, sales, and conflict management
• Insurance business experience would be a plus, the expectation is that missing experience will be caught up fast during employment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a plus).
