What you do:
People & Culture Operations & HR Admin
- Assist in reviewing and improving HR processes, workflows, and SOPs to strengthen structure and efficiency.
- Help prepare HR documentation, templates, and process maps.
- Coordinate with HR Operations and local teams to ensure process consistency and timely follow‑up.
- Support day‑to‑day HR administration, including documentation, data updates, and employee queries.
Culture & Engagement Support
- Contribute to global and local culture initiatives that promote a positive employee experience.
- Assist in designing, coordinating, and communicating engagement activities, employee sessions and internal events.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and dashboards to track engagement metrics.
Project & Stakeholder Coordination
- Assist in coordinating communications across stakeholders, functions, and countries.
- Help prepare meeting materials, follow‑ups, and reporting.
What you bring:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred, but all fields are welcome).
- High proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong interest in People & Culture topics, HR processes, employee experience, and internal communications.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable collaborating across diverse teams and engaging with colleagues at all levels.
- A proactive, detail‑oriented, and people‑focused mindset.
