Job Purpose / Role

To succeed in the role, you will be able to execute an IAM Governance framework that is compliant andappropriate for an insurance firm but scalable enough to keep pace with our fast growth. If you can also work hands-on with IAM technologies like Okta, Ping, Entra, One Identity etc., you could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

Continue building our IAM framework to meet our global regulatory requirements.
Ensure the implementation, review, and maintenance of authorization concepts, aligning them with organizational policies and compliance standards.
Device and orchestrate IAM controls for our diverse IT landscape.
Support our Product and Infrastructure Teams around governance of Privileged Access Management,
Agentic IAM, Customer IAM, Cloud IAM and machine-to-machine authentication.
Manage user access through role-based access control (RBAC) and enforce the principle of least privilege to protect sensitive information.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001), and regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA), while preparing for and supporting audits.

Essential Skills

University degree is preferred, with at least 4 years of experience with Identity and Access Management governance.
Proficient in IAM concepts, protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP), and tools.
Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance frameworks like DORA.
Firsthand experience with (Azure) Active Directory and Cloud IAM tools is a plus.
Experienced in preparing for and supporting IT and Cybersecurity audits.
Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to learn about AI, Cloud Security and Cloud IAM.
