We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Data Analyst to join our Data Analyst team of Customer Interactions and Monetization Tribe.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Business Data Analyst, you will:

Engage proactively with business areas to understand their business goals, financial services and products, to generate accurate data-driven business analyses and recommendations.
Analyze product trends to increase sales conversion, reduce product attrition, improve digital funnels, and support commercial campaigns. This involves identifying key performance indicators, monitoring product performance, and suggesting actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and customer experience.
Conduct customer analyses to determine customer lifetime value, customer segmentation, and forecast customer development. This includes using analytical techniques to identify patterns and trends in customer data, enabling the business to tailor its marketing and retention strategies effectively.
Support and advise the business on reporting needs and other analytical requirements. This entails collaborating with stakeholders to define reporting metrics, coordinate the development of comprehensive dashboards to ensure data-driven business monitoring and decision-making.

Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with your Data Analyst teammates to foster a robust and highly skilled data analyst community. Sharing best practices, participating in knowledge-sharing sessions, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Your communication skills enable you to work together with many different parties throughout our organization.
Negotiation and stakeholder management
Fluent English will be appreciated.

Tus responsabilidades principales

Como Business Data Analyst, te encargarás de:

Colaborar proactivamente con las áreas de negocio para comprender sus objetivos, servicios financieros y productos, generando análisis y recomendaciones basadas en datos.
Analizar tendencias de productos para aumentar la conversión de ventas, reducir la pérdida de productos, mejorar los funnels digitales y apoyar campañas comerciales. Esto implica identificar indicadores clave de rendimiento, monitorizar el desempeño de productos y proponer insights accionables para optimizar estrategias de ventas y experiencia de cliente.
Realizar análisis de clientes/as para determinar el valor del ciclo de vida, segmentación y previsión de evolución. Esto incluye aplicar técnicas analíticas para identificar patrones y tendencias en los datos, permitiendo adaptar estrategias de marketing y retención de manera efectiva.
Apoyar y asesorar al negocio en necesidades de reporting y otros requerimientos analíticos. Esto supone colaborar con las personas implicadas para definir métricas, coordinar el desarrollo de dashboards completos y garantizar un seguimiento y toma de decisiones basados en datos.

Además, colaborarás estrechamente con tu equipo de Data Analysts para fortalecer la comunidad, compartiendo buenas prácticas, participando en sesiones de conocimiento y contribuyendo a una cultura de mejora continua y excelencia.

Se recomienda experiencia en banca minorista.
Habilidades de comunicación que te permitan colaborar con diferentes áreas de la organización.
Capacidad de negociación y gestión de personas implicadas (stakeholder management).
Se valorará nivel fluido de inglés.
