Brand Senior Expert

For our Customer & Marketing team, we are looking for a Brand Senior Expert to shape and execute our brand strategy, enhancing our market presence with consistency and leading our Point of Sales project. As our Brand Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing a cohesive and compelling brand identity. Allianz is in full transformation, so we are looking for a very motivated person, willing to get involved in our project and contribute, not only on a professional but also a personal level.

What are you going to do in Allianz?

• Push the Brand Strategy for Allianz in the territory, from the global purpose and brand principles to the value proposition in the Spanish market and tone of voice.
• Ensure that the unique value proposition of the brand is communicated and implemented correctly.
• Coordinate the implementation of the identity in our Points of Sales in the Spanish territory, together with different suppliers and teams within Allianz.
• Boost our Brand Guardian to assure that the guidelines are perfectly known and implemented by all stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities and risks for our brand, and act accordingly to them.
• Analyze market trends and track Brand KPIs through the tools we already have.
• Work with different areas within Allianz, including other Customer & Marketing colleagues, Sales and Product, ensuring that the brand is well implemented.

What does Allianz need from you?

• Previous experience in similar positions (minimum 5 years).
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising & Public Relations, or similar.
• Be part of a high-performing brand team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Collaboration between all of us -both within Marketing and other departments- is essential for Allianz (and your) success.
• Being organized and capable of managing several projects at the same time is a must.
• Excellent relationship and communications skills.
• Spoken and written Spanish and English.
