Where the Forward Deployed Engineer is the technical core of the squad, the Platform Engagement Manager shapes the onboarding from functional, architectural and systemic perspective and steers it until production: scoping the use platform, shaping and executing with the platform teams, steering provisioning, and owning the OE relationship beyond go-live.
