Embed compliance and AI governance by design (model risk, data privacy, security, auditability, responsible AI) together with Group stakeholders and control functions.\n- Own non-functional outcomes (SLOs\u002FSLIs), platform reliability, observability, incident\u002Fproblem\u002Fchange processes, and capacity planning for global scale. Manage AI FinOps levers (usage controls, cost visibility, optimization guardrails) to balance performance, availability, and cost.\n- Drive adoption and customer success with OEs: define GTM, documentation, enablement, and support models; collect feedback and convert insights into roadmap value.\n- Govern supplier and open-source usage; manage vendor selections and renewals in line with enterprise architecture and risk standards.
