We create video, photo, and digital content for Allianz brands and business units — from concept and production to post-production and delivery. Our team combines creative storytelling with production expertise to deliver high-quality content that meets the needs of a global, regulated industry.\n\n## Key responsibilities\n\n- Support the planning, organization, and execution of video and content productions.\n- Assist with on-set production tasks, including setup, filming support, and logistics.\n- Edit and finalize video content, ensuring strong visual quality and storytelling.\n- Explore and apply AI tools to support content creation, editing, and workflow efficiency.\n- Assist in developing creative concepts and formats for internal and client projects.\n- Organize and maintain project assets, footage, and files throughout production.\n- Collaborate closely with producers, editors, and designers across the team.\n- Support end-to-end project coordination, from briefing to final delivery.\n\n## Key requirements\n\n- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (media, film, design, communications, or similar).\n- First experience with video production and\u002For editing (studies, personal projects, or internships).\n- Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks.
