Develop, enhance, and automate reporting solutions, dashboards, and KPIs to improve reporting efficiency, consistency, and data quality across CSO Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, including AI, automation, and process enhancement opportunities across CSO ERT. Partner with stakeholders across CSO and the wider organization to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful execution of strategic objectives. Provide analytical support for regulatory, audit, governance, and ad hoc management requests, enabling informed decision-making and effective risk management. Coordinate strategic initiatives, oversee project deliverables and dependencies, and ensure timely follow-up of actions and commitments through effective portfolio management. Your skills and experiences Strong understanding of Information Security Risk Management, governance, and regulatory expectations within a complex financial services environment and knowledge of Information Security framework like ISO 27001. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear management insights. Proven experience in management reporting, data analytics, dashboard development, and KPI design, preferrable with Tableau. Experience driving process improvement, reporting automation, and innovation initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions. Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate across functions and all seniority levels. Strong project and portfolio management capabilities, including coordination of strategic initiatives and change delivery. Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
