Strong understanding of modern software architectures, design patterns, industry frameworks, and engineering best practices. Experience implementing high-performance, fault-tolerant, and load-balanced solutions, supported by solid mathematical and algorithmic knowledge. Practical experience applying AI within software engineering environments and driving the adoption of AI-enabled development practices. Demonstrated success leading and mentoring engineers within globally distributed teams.
