The Salesforce Proposal & Opportunity Analyst will act as a control point between Sales, CRM, CSM, Onboarding and Data teams, ensuring that fee proposals are correctly interpreted, configured, and translated into Salesforce Opportunities that drive automated billing and revenue recognition. This role requires a strong understanding of the Funds industry, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with Salesforce and ideally CPQ tools. The successful candidate will collaborate across regions and departments to support our global sales process. The team will be multi-region to support all time zones where Apex is located. Job specification Partner with Sales and other staff involved in the sales process – all Opportunity owners. Interpret proposals, including fee proposals sold to prospective clients, and build these in Salesforce. Confirm that the fee proposal makes sense and the right combination of products has been sold. Configure quotes in Salesforce, add necessary products and pricing. Undertake administrative work associated with the Opportunity, including: Creation of any new accounts. Establishing an accurate account hierarchy Enrichment of account data. Adding necessary documents. Ensure accuracy of Deal team and split to capture commission correctly.
