Trade Execution Specialist

Your mission

• Execute transactions in Investment Grade, High Yield and Emerging Market corporate bonds, Convertible Bonds, FX and derivatives.
• Manage broker relationships and position Fisch in the market as an important and fair counterparty to sell-side firms, ensuring best execution.
• Minimize operational risk through proactive measures, accurate trade booking and careful monitoring of allocations for both primary and secondary market trades.
• Contribute to process optimization and project initiatives.

Your profile

• 3-5 years of professional trading experience on the buy-side with an institutional asset manager or hedge fund.
• Strong knowledge of EM global credit and DM Investment Grade and High Yield; experience in Convertible Bonds and credit derivatives execution is a significant advantage.
• Structured and interconnected thinker with above-average analytical and conceptual skills, consistently delivering high-quality work.
• Team-oriented and proactive personality with strong communication skills and a precise, well-structured work approach.
• Proficiency with major trading platforms such as Bloomberg, MarketAxess and Tradeweb, as well as the Aladdin OMS, is essential.
• Fluency in English (working language); German is a plus.
• Valid EU/EFTA work permit.
