Sie sind verantwortlich für das globale SWIFT-Gateway von Julius Baer, gewährleisten dessen stabile Betriebsführung, unterstützen internationale Stakeholder und wirken aktiv bei SWIFT-bezogenen Projekten, Releases und Incidents mit.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Single Point of Contact für Julius Baer weltweit und für externe Anfragen im Bereich SWIFT
• Verantwortlich für die SWIFT Gateway Applikation sowie die dazugehörigen Schnittstellen und Prozesse
• Durchführung des täglichen Monitorings des SWIFT Gateways sowie Dokumentation und Eskalation von Abweichungen oder Störungen
• Sicherstellung der Betriebsstabilität und Verfügbarkeit der SWIFT-Infrastruktur
• Prüfung von Statusmeldungen und Alerts; Durchführung von Root-Cause Analysen bei Vorfällen
• Mitwirkung an SWIFT-relevanten Incident Themen
• Verantwortlich für SWIFT-, SIC- und SECOM-Releases, einschliesslich Change Review und Tests
• Geschäftsvertreter bei allen Arten von Initiativen oder Projekten im Zusammenhang mit SWIFT; Koordination und Ausführung der damit verbundenen Aufgaben
• Analyse von SWIFT-Prozessen, Definition von Strategien in Zusammenarbeit mit der IT und anderen Stakeholdern
• Kontrolle und Überwachung inkl. RMA-Austausch
• Unterstützung interner Stakeholder beispielsweise bei der Einrichtung von SWIFT-Kunden und Custodian Tools

YOUR PROFILE

• Unabhängige, präzise und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrung in SWIFT-Projektarbeit, Affinität zur Technologie
• Engagiert sich für Top-Ergebnisse, ist Lösungsorientiert und hält Fristen ein
• Starke Fähigkeit zum vernetzten Denken, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, schnelle Auffassungsgabe
• Fundierte SWIFT-Kenntnisse und gutes Verständnis des Bankgeschäfts
• Ausbildung im Bankenwesen und Finanzwesen
• Sprachen (zwingend erforderlich): Deutsch und Englisch
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der Bankbetriebsprozesse
