The Transformation Office is responsible for translating strategic priorities into a value-driven transformation portfolio and orchestrating portfolio execution through a strategic Programme Management Office (PMO). The team ensures effective governance across steering, demand management, design, and delivery while providing holistic, outcome-oriented reporting on the Bank’s change portfolio. The Transformation Office also supports the Digital Business Transformation (DBT) unit in strategic communications to the Group Wealth Management Committee (GWMC), Executive Board (ExB), and Board of Directors (BoD). In addition, the team contributes to key strategic initiatives, including the DBT strategy, AI strategy, and the Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) programme.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Drive and coordinate communications for the Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) programme, including monthly achievements updates, website enhancements, roadmap maintenance, and benefits tracking
- Support the development of strategic initiatives, including AI Strategy and communications for the Executive Board and Board of Directors
- Design and execute a comprehensive communication plan to support AI adoption and engagement across the organisation
- Create high-quality presentations, reports, and executive communications for senior stakeholders
- Contribute to broader Transformation Office priorities and strategic projects as required
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage
- Initial exposure to banking, wealth management, consulting, strategy, or transformation initiatives through internships, work experience, or academic projects
- Strong academic track record
- Technology-savvy with a strong interest in digital innovation and AI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Creative thinker capable of developing compelling narratives and communication concepts
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
