The team specializes in incorporating environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria into the investment process from a perspective of sound risk management and value creation. More specifically, you will be required to: Analyze the ESG practices of companies within the investment universe and in the sectors under your responsibility, including dialogue and proxy voting, in line with DGAM’s approach and policies Track key RI trends related to the sectors under your responsibility and link them to DGAM’s portfolio management activities Actively participate in the reporting process for internal and external clients Write and present various analysis reports on ESG issues Help continually improve the processes, tools and data used by the team Support the team with various responsible investment projects at DGAM and across Desjardins Analyze, conduct research and manage data Demonstrate a passion for responsible investing and portfolio management, and an understanding of the key issues involved.
