Are you a skilled ED nurse looking for a short-term opportunity to apply your expertise in a unique and impactful way? Allianz Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Assistance team on a Full Time contract, providing critical support to travelers in need of medical assistance across the globe.
About the Role
- As part of our Medical Assistance team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Telephonic health advice: Deliver safe, accurate, and timely clinical guidance to clients experiencing health issues abroad.
- Case management: Oversee medical cases, evaluate reports, and coordinate care with local providers.
- Support and education: Guide non-clinical staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Emergency Department experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Advanced life support certifications (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, APLS)
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Professional and empathetic telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work rotating shift rosters
- Flexibility to move to a hybrid working schedule (Minimum 2 days in the office)
