You'll deal with people experiencing challenging times, but your job is to deliver a positive customer experience for them - and this is what makes it highly rewarding. As someone who builds excellent relationships, you'll help individuals, engaging with them and relevant stakeholders with the outcome of maximising return to work and return to health outcomes.
